How can I care for my jewelry?

For the safety and longevity of your piece, handle with the utmost care. All pieces are fine jewelry. Do not wear while showering, exercising, using harsh chemicals, or swimming. 

It is natural for sterling silver to tarnish. To polish your piece, rub with a soft, clean cloth. 

When will my order ship?

All orders ship by default via USPS 5-7 business days after the order has been placed. For rush orders or specific courier requests, please email Info@HeathandFurrow.com prior to placing your order.

 

Can I cancel or change my order?

To cancel or change your order, please email Info@HeathandFurrow.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We are unable to cancel an order once it has been shipped.

 

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your Heath and Furrow pieces. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase and wish to return, you may return your purchase within 30 days of delivery. The product must unworn, unused and in original packaging.

Please email Info@HeathandFurrow.com with your return request and we will provide a complimentary return shipping label. Once received, your refund will be issued.
